Schedules and live clocks use East Africa Time (EAT) so every participant shares the same reference.
You receive an invoice with totals and instructions. Most auctions settle offline (cash, bank transfer, or mobile money). Online payment may be available for select invoices when Stripe is enabled.
Start from the sell flow on the app, submit lot details and imagery, and complete consignor verification if you plan to list regularly. Tartami curates submissions before they reach live auctions.
It is a seller protection program for eligible lots. Tartami may offer up to two curated auction cycles. If program conditions are met after both cycles, the consignor receives at least the guaranteed minimum payout published for that lot. It is a payout floor, not a hammer price guarantee. Only eligible lots enrolled in the program with a published minimum payout before listing. Curation approval applies. The program does not cover every category or seller, and it does not apply when a lot sells in cycle 1 or 2 under normal settlement. For lot-specific questions, contact support@tartami.app.
